After graduating from the University of Texas-Pan American, Georgia joined Long Chilton in 1982 and received her CPA certification in 1984. She is serving as the Partner in Charge of the McAllen office. She is a member of the McAllen South Rotary Club and serves on various committees of St. John's Episcopal Church. She currently serves as a trustee on the Board of the St. John's Episcopal Church Foundation. She has previously served as Membership Chairman of the Rio Grande Valley Chapter of the TSCPA and a board member of the American Diabetes Association.
